The Loctite® DuraPump Pneumatic Meter Mix System offers superior operating performance and durability for a wide range of two-component adhesive chemistries such as epoxies, acrylics, or polyurethanes. This system can be designed for custom mix ratios from 1:1 to 9.99:1 and is specially designed for MMAs. This model provides operator shot-size control with a pneumatic foot switch or optional hand-held trigger controlled dispense valve.
This pneumatic system does not require electrical power so it is ideal for flammable adhesives and remote locations where only compressed air is available.
Its innovative rod displacement pump design ensures excellent shot repeatability, low wear, and allows direct connection to high pressure feed systems. A static mix nozzle can also be mounted directly on the mix block manifold assembly (shown in photo but sold separately), eliminating the need for a dispense valve in many applications. Optional system accessories such as reservoirs, level controls, hoses, and valves are also available to complete your specific process requirements.
