The Loctite® DuraPump Programmable Meter Mix System offers superior operating performance and durability for a wide range of two-component adhesive chemistries such as epoxies, acrylics, or polyurethanes. This system is designed for 4:1 mix ratio adhesives. It provides convenient touch screen digital control for shot size, choice of 3 operating modes, and can easily be integrated with a PLC.
Its innovative rod displacement pump design ensures excellent shot repeatability, low wear, and allows direct connection to high pressure feed systems. A static mix nozzle can also be mounted directly on the mix block manifold assembly (shown in photo but sold separately), eliminating the need for a dispense valve in many applications. Optional system accessories such as reservoirs, level controls, hoses, and valves are also available to complete your specific process requirements.
